Wanted to take a quick look at the Quota movements from Week 4 to Week 5. Note that there are 9 golfers who aren’t eligible (at the time of this writing) for Quota movement: Jack Donegan (1 round played), Gary Antos (2 rounds played), Bill John, Vinny Procopio, Brian Thompson, Dale Russell, Bobby Mo, Artie and Jim Morgan (all at 3 rounds played).

For those concerned that the Quota would move significantly, you can rest easy. 1/3 of the golfers eligible for Quota movement didnt have their Quota move. More than 75% of the eligible movement was +1, 0 or -1.
