With the standings page updated, things are starting to take shape with the race for the 2020 TBO crown. Before going into the matchups, let’s take a quick look at the standings and see which teams have a realistic chance at the title heading into Week 15.
The reality is with 4 weeks left to play, certain teams just can’t make up the distance and are dead in the water. As the IT Nerd sees it, there’s only 5 teams that have a realistic shot. That list could quickly get trimmed to 4 if the team of Connor/Mott/Zaleski doesn’t get high points this week.
Week 15 | ||||
Craig Hawkinson | 12 | VS | 13 | Pat Donahue |
Matt Lochner | 11 | VS | 9 | Marty Donegan |
Joe Donegan | 6 | VS | 8 | Pat Cregg |
TJ Donegan | 12 | VS | 15 | Devin Carrigan |
John Mooney | 11 | VS | 11 | Dan Mahar |
Tom Donegan | 8 | VS | 7 | Bill Kirkby |
Connor Brown | 16 | VS | 13 | Dick Donegan |
Sean Mott | 11 | VS | 10 | Mike Burns |
Bob Zaleski | 8 | VS | 11 | Mike Shanahan |
Hawk/Lochner/Joe vs. Donahue/Marty/Cregger – On the back, I like Donahue giving one, Joey getting two and Marty to continue his decline vs. Lochner. 5-2 to Hawk/Lochner/Joe
TJ/Mooney/Tom vs. Devin/Dan/Kirkby – 3 pts on the back is a tough number, so I like TJ, Dan Mahar in a even match vs. Mooney and Tom Donegan only giving one to Bill Kirkby. 5-2 to TJ/Mooney/Tom
Connor/Mott/Zaleski vs. Dickie/Burns/Shanahan – 16 pts is a tough mountain to get to, nevermind giving 3 pts to Dickie. I like Dickie to win there. I also like Mott in his near even match vs. Burns and Zaleski to take down Shanahan. 4-3 to Connor/Mott/Zaleski
