The leading team of Dickie/Ed Van Slyke/Tom Donegan are firmly in the drivers seat. They certainly control their own destiny. They play the team of Dan Kane/Mike Burns/John Mooney in the finals. The other team with a shot is the team of Devin/Rick Fanto/Joe Donegan. Let’s take a look at the third place team and what needs to happen for them to take the title.

1. To win the title:
   1. The team of Dick/Ed/Tom need to lose 1-6 and score more points than the team of Dan Kane/Mike Burns/Joe Donegan
2. To force a playoff:
   1. If they win 7-0 in their match and the team of Dan Kane/Mike Burns/John Mooney win their match 7-0

For the team of Dan Kane/Mike Burns/John Mooney:

1. To win the title:
   1. Beat the team of Dick/Ed/Tom 7-0, 6-1 and score more points than the team of Devin/Rick/Joe
2. To force a playoff:
   1. Win their match 7-0 and the team of Devin/Rick/Joe also win 7-0

For the team of Dickie/Ed Van Slyke/Tom Donegan:

1. To win the title:
   1. Win their match
   2. Lose their match 3-4, 2-5
2. To force a playoff:
   1. Math doesn’t look like a playoff event would happen with this team
